Job Description

What We're Looking For

- Confidence across all aspects of general dentistry
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Ability to present and convert comprehensive treatment plans
- Experience delivering high-value treatment, including crown and bridge, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and complex restorative cases (desirable)
- A patient-centred approach with a commitment to clinical excellence
- Availability to work 2 days per week, with flexibility around days

Qualifications & Experience

- Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia
- Minimum 3 years' clinical experience in general dentistry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive dental care
- Confidence presenting complex treatment plans and discussing treatment options with patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centred care




- Experience in restorative, crown and bridge, cosmetic, and other high-value treatments will be highly regarded
- A cooperative approach and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
- Local Sunshine Coast candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
