Sarah Gardner Fine Jewellery is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Paddington boutique.

This is an exciting chance for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment, genuinely loves building client relationships, and is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Working closely with the Multi-Site Manager and Founder, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of our Paddington boutique, supporting the team to deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience while driving strong commercial results.

The Role

- Lead by example on the boutique floor, delivering warm, considered and highly personalised client experiences
- Support the day-to-day operations and performance of the Paddington boutique
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new, existing and VIP clients
- Coach, motivate and support the boutique team to consistently deliver at a high standard
- Assist with daily team direction, priorities, and performance
- Develop a strong understanding of our collections, craftsmanship and Custom offering
- Support clients throughout their jewellery journey, including Custom and special pieces
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards
- Assist with clienteling, appointments, follow-ups, and boutique events
- Support stock management and other operational requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally engaging, drives results, wants to grow within business, and takes genuine pride in creating memorable experiences.

You will ideally have:





- Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, with jewellery experience highly regarded
- Leadership, supervisory or senior sales experience is a must
- A strong sales background and proven ability to build lasting client relationships
- Confidence coaching and motivating others
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to take ownership
- An appreciation for fine jewellery, craftsmanship and design
- The ability to balance exceptional service with commercial performance

Most importantly, you will be someone who brings energy, initiative, and genuine care to both the client and team experience.
