Weathertex is seeking motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in the Hunter Region. About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in manufacturing high-quality Weathertex products. Duties include:

- Operating manufacturing plant and equipment
- Manual handling, lifting and stacking of weatherboards
- Monitoring product quality to ensure specifications are met
- Following safe work procedures and operating instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets

About You

The successful candidates will:





- Be able to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Be physically fit and capable of manual lifting, handling and stacking of boards.
- Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Be able to follow procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.
- Be reliable, punctual and have a positive work ethic.
- Be willing to learn and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

The following are advantageous but not essential:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Bridge and Gantry Crane Licence (CB)
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Experience operating industrial machinery
