We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients across a range of private and government clients. This role combines consulting expertise, digital strategy, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery to help organisations optimize their digital capabilities, improve user experiences, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to identify opportunities, develop digital strategies, and oversee the implementation of creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy and Advisory

- Lead digital transformation and business improvement initiatives for clients
- Assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Develop digital road maps aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Provide strategic advice on emerging technologies, digital platforms, and industry trends

Client Engagement and Consulting

- Build trusted advisor relationship with senior client stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning activities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to executive audiences

Solution Design and Delivery

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design and implement digital solutions
- Lead digital projects from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations




- Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Business Development

- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and generate new business
- Contribute to proposal development, presentations and tender responses
- Support account growth through proactive relationship development and management

Leadership and mentoring

- Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants and project team members
- Promote best practices in digital consulting, project delivery, and stakeholder management
- Contribute to organisational capability development and thought leadership

Key Skills and Experience

- 5+ years' experience in digital consulting, technology consulting business transformation, or related fields
- Proven experience delivering digital transformation, customer experience, or technology-enabled business improvements projects
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of digital technologies, cloud platforms, CMS, data analytics and automation solutions
- Demonstrated experience management projects in complex environments
- Experience with Microsoft technologies and or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience in hybrid agile waterfall delivery, change menage and relevant consulting frameworks
- Experience in government, healthcare education, financial services, or enterprise environments

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science, digital innovation, or related discipline
- Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
