Veriu Tuggeranong is hiring for a guest-facing role within one of Australia’s fastest-growing hotel groups. You will deliver exceptional guest services, handle inquiries and guest needs, and act as a local ambassador with knowledge of Canberra and surrounding attractions.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will support daily operations, resolve guest issues, and contribute to Veri-Best standards while maintaining a adaptable schedule including weekends and holidays.
