About Teman
At Teman, we exist to enable belonging and friendship in later life. First and foremost, we’re here to help, listen and encourage residents to live a good, solid life with people around them who make them happy.
We build communities and teams that bring a sense of belonging and friendship to every resident, their family and visitors. This means we put people first, we collaborate with residents and support ideas that are good and fair for everyone.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Teman team as Village Manager at our community, The Vines by Teman in Cessnock, NSW. This is a part-time role working Monday to Thursday, 9.30am to 2.30pm (40 hours per fortnight - $1,560)
Reporting to our National Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the village while creating a welcoming, vibrant community where residents genuinely love living.
As Village Manager, no two days are the same. One minute you might be helping a resident solve a problem, the next you’re meeting with contractors, welcoming a new resident, planning a community event or working with your team to keep the village looking its best.
