to join us as one of our founding agents.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prospecting and securing quality residential listings.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Managing sales campaigns from appraisal through to settlement.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience with a premium level of service.
- Working closely with the management and marketing team to help establish and grow the Carmine Realty brand.
- Contributing to the development of systems,
processes and a high performing team culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A current Queensland Real Estate Licence
- A proven ability to generate listings and build long term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A team leader who takes ownership and consistently shows initiative.
