Service Engineer – Food & Packaging Machinery | Brisbane

Our client is a global leader in food processing and packaging equipment, looking for a Service Engineer to join their Brisbane team. This is a hands‑on role covering installation, breakdown response and preventative maintenance across their customer base.

What you’ll do

- Attend breakdown calls and get equipment back up and running fast
- Install machines and equipment, ensuring performance meets contracted guarantees
- Train customer staff on set‑up, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Run commissioning and post‑installation training
- Build robust customer relationships and support the sales team in growing accounts
- Report on installations and site visits, and help drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

- Trade qualification (mechanical and/or electrical) or equivalent hands‑on experience




- Comfortable working across both mechanical and electrical/electronic systems
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and a methodical approach to fault‑finding
- Willingness to travel, including interstate at times and occasional weekend work
- A customer‑first mindset and the ability to represent the business professionally on site
