About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations. You'll play a key role in leading the team, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards across all areas of the venue.
Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa to be eligible for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with RSA, WHS, and club policies
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and cash handling
- Support functions and events as required
About You
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisor role (hospitality essential)
- Current RSA & RSG certification
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
