Empowering You Disability Services (EYDS) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Maryborough/Hervey Bay team. You will manage a caseload of NDIS participants, coordinate supports, and work with families, guardians and professionals to achieve participant goals.

Essential requirements include a Certificate IV in Disability or related qualification, current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and a commitment to person-centred practice.
