This role involves welcoming guests, managing bookings, upholding Navia cleanliness standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates will have a warm presence, strong organisational skills, and a passion for wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Greet and assist guests, providing information about our services and facilities.
Bookings & Payments
Manage reservations, process payments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintaining Ambience
Ensure the reception, bathhouse and lounge areas are always clean, organised, and inviting.
Retail Support
Assist with the sale of wellness products in our retail section.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with therapists, the supervisor,
and the manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a wellness-related field (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a quick-paced environment.
Comfortable using booking/payment systems (training provided).
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
