About the Role

As a Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing quality candidates across a range of aviation and transport-related positions throughout Australia.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening assessments.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
- Managing job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
- Working closely with clients to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records within our recruitment systems.
- Supporting workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives.
