About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and hardworking Bond Cleaner to join our team. This isn’t a standard "dust and mop" gig—we specialize in top-to-bottom deep cleans to ensure tenants get their full bond back. If you have an eye for detail and don’t mind getting stuck into the tough spots, we want to hear from you.
NOTE: This job does not meet the criteria for a sub-class 462 WHV.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Kitchens:Deep cleaning ovens, stovetops, range hoods, and inside all cupboards/drawers.
- Bathrooms:Removing soap scum, mould, and limescale from tiles, glass, and grouting.
- Internal:Cleaning window tracks, skirting boards, light switches, fans, AC filters and washing walls.
- External:Window washing, pressure cleaning patios, garages & bins.
- Final Checks:Walking through the property to ensure it meets our "100% Bond Back Guarantee" checklist.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Experience:You’ve done bond or commercial deep cleaning before.
- The "Eye":You notice the dust on top of the door frame and the grime in the sliding door tracks.
- Reliability:You have your own transport and show up on time, every time.
- Stamina:You’re comfortable with physical work (scrubbing, lifting, reaching) for 4+hours at a time.
