- Proven Store Manager from an internationally recognised luxury fashion, accessories, jewellery or watch brand
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees within a luxury boutique
- Exceptional people leader with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams
- Commercially driven with a history of delivering outstanding results
- Highly skilled in clienteling and building long-term relationships with VIP clientele
- Australian luxury retail experience is essential
- We also welcome applications from Australians currently working overseas in luxury retail who are looking to return home
