A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant to join a small finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for:
- Analyse large volumes of transactional data, breaking it down by category to produce clear, usable reports
- Build and maintain reporting in Excel using pivot tables and other analytical tools
- Deliver weekly analysis and reporting across key performance measures
- Track activity volumes and averages, turning raw data into meaningful commentary
- Complete reconciliations,
with a particular focus on payments against operational systems
- Raise invoices and support general finance administration
- Keep databases and CRM records accurate and up to date
- Ad hoc duties as directed by your manager
