Location: Brighton
Salary: £32,000 Basic Salary | OTE Up to £38,000 (Uncapped)
Hours: 42 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm | 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional,



effective, and first-class experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, maintenance, and repairs
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient scheduling and workshop loading
- Advising customers on additional work, service plans, and warranty requirements
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Managing telephone, email, and online booking enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer records and job documentation
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a busy dealership or Aftersales environment
- Knowledge of Kerridge, ADP, or similar Dealer Management Systems (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred
