Electrical Project Supervisor (BRISBANE/GOLD COAST) Diverse Projects
Significant growth across all sectors of our business in both our Sunshine Coast and Brisbane/Gold Coast regions has us out looking for another key person to continue driving our projects. We're looking for a motivated, experienced and quality Project Supervisor for our Brisbane/Gold Coast team, predominantly located in our Loganholme location.
A number of large Commercial and multi-residential projects across South-East Qld sees the opportunity to join us, assisting our teams on the ground to deliver high quality projects across a diverse range of construction sectors for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of electrical projects – planning, execution and completion, coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders.
Oversee budgets, schedules and project timelines
Lead and supervise electrical technicians and apprentices on site teams, providing technical expertise and support on complex electrical issues
Maintain client relationships and ensure quality standards
Manage and allocate resources, including materials, tools and equipment
Drive WHS and compliance across all project activities, ensuring a secure worksite and safe delivery of the project

What you'll bring to the team:
Electrical trade qualification and current Electrical Licence
5+ years’ experience as a Supervisor/Leading Hand in electrical contracting
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in an electrical role, managing teams and site responsibilities
Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
Confident communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
