We're looking for a warm, organised and proactive medical receptionist to join our growing family-owned allied health clinic in Aspley.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly each day.

- Greeting patients with a friendly, skilled attitude.
- Managing appointments and practitioner schedules.
- Answering phones & emails, and responding to enquiries.
- Processing payments and health fund claims.
- General administrative and reception duties.
- Helping maintain a calm, organised and welcoming clinic environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is able to work a mixture of mornings and afternoons, as well as an alternate Saturday shift. Our ideal person also:

- Has previous reception experience (ideally within a medical or allied health environment).
- Is organised, reliable and able to multitask.
- Is IT proficient and confident across multiple software’s (Cliniko experience advantageous).
- Has outstanding attention to detail.

- Brings a positive attitude and genuinely cares about people.
