Our Distribution Centre is the heart of our business and plays a pivotal role in ensuring we have the right product in-store at the right time. Our Distribution Centre crew are responsible for the Receiving, Warehousing, Processing, Picking & Packing and Dispatch of our product. Online Team Leader position must be available on the following roster:

Monday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

The role:

As an Online Team Leader at the City Beach Distribution Centre, you are responsible for assisting in the overall runningof your specific department. You play an active role in providing feedback, guidance, and coaching to your team members to ensure they meet daily productivity targets and that all processes are carried out safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing:

Provide daily leadership, guidance, and support to your department team members through problem solving andaddressing queries as they arise.

Monitor the daily workload and workflow in order to provide feedback to the management team on any adjustments that need to be made to ensure deadlines can be met.

Assist the Department Management Team to monitor, drive and complete workload to ensure productivity targets are being met.

Provide positive and constructive feedback and relevant support to team members regarding their performance andproductivity, escalating concerns where required.

Where required,



conduct informal meetings with team members to address concerns related to performance, conduct or attendance and ensuring all concerns are appropriately documented.

Provide explicit and concise directions to team members and ensure they understand what is required of them.

Ensure the team are equipped with the appropriate resources and tools to allow them to effectively complete their allocated tasks.

In conjunction with the DC Management Team, drive compliance with policies and procedures amongst departmentteam members.

Identify, elevate and address unsafe behaviours, ensuring steps are taken to minimise hazards or risk.

Support loss prevention practices including checklists, audits, and locker checks, and report relevant issues.

Provide additional support to supervisory team as required.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a leadership role.

Experience in driving team members to meet targets and expectations (KPIs).

An understanding of how to read and interpret data and metrics related to productivity and performance.
