Founded in 2012, Offaly Civil Engineering (OCE) is a privately owned, self-performing, multi-disciplined civil contracting firm servicing the Wide Bay and Southeast Queensland regions. Offaly prides itself on being reliable, efficient, and pragmatic in project delivery, with a hands-on management approach that focuses not only on exceeding our clients' expectations but also creating a sustainable infrastructure legacy for the communities that we live and work in. Our purpose is simple. We want to build essential infrastructure that supports the growth and wellbeing of the communities we live in. What we need

Due to consistent and targeted growth with a strong pipeline local work into 2026/2027 the business is now seeking to employ a Civil all-rounders for immediate start on projects in the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay region.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills;

- Physically fit and willing to undertake manual tasks such as handling and installing pipes, minor concreting works, pipe trench works, site set-up and clean-up.
- Ability to work in a team and follow direction fromthe pipe installation leading hand & supervisors.
- Own transport.
- Solid Commitment to Health & Safety.
- OH&S; White Card.
- Versatile candidate with excavator / loader / skid steer tickets experience highly desirable.

We are looking for candidates with any of the following skills:





- Plant operation (Skid Steer, Excavator, loader)
- Truck driving (MR/HR)
- Concreting (finishing, steel fixing, formwork)
