Due to continued growth within our property development and construction division, our Director is seeking a Recruitment Associate to provide dedicated support across the full recruitment lifecycle.

The Role:

This is a fast-paced, Monday to Friday role supporting the Director across end-to-end recruitment within the across the property development and construction sector.



You will be exposed to all aspects of recruitment, playing a key role in candidate sourcing, screening, database management and interview coordination.

This position is ideal for a driven, organised and professional individual with a genuine interest in the property development sector who is looking to build a long-term career in specialist recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and networking
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system
- Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and industry professionals
- Coordinating interviews and recruitment processes between candidates and clients
- Supporting the Director across the full recruitment lifecycle
- Staying informed on market trends, industry movements and recruitment best practices
