What we offer:
Competitive hourly and penalty rates based on the SCHADS award as below:
Daytime ($46.01) | Evening ($48.28) | Night ($49.12) | Saturday ($60.44) | Sunday ($80.68) | Public Holiday ($90.12) |

Your responsibilities in supporting people with disability:
Promoting independence and assisting people with disability in their daily routines such as household tasks, personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in skill-building exercises.
Implementing and following individualised plans (e.g. behaviour support plans, mobility plans) and employing a trauma-informed lens.
Supporting people with disability to community events, appointments and social outings.
Administering medication (training provided).
Writing high quality and accurate shift notes. (training provided).

Key Requirements:
Hold a relevant certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in a field related to disability support, or be actively pursuing relevant qualifications. OR Have at least 3 months of experience in supporting people with disability.
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
Experience in complex care, such as catheter care (highly desired).
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check requirements.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
National Police Check within the last 12 months.
A valid and current drivers' licence, and your own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
Experience in managing challenging behaviours (highly desired).
* Willingness to obtain the necessary requirements prior to commencement of employment is acceptable
