Customer Experience and Building Coordinator

About the Role

This exciting new role will expand on our existing residential construction capabilities. You'll support the Building Supervisors and become the first point of contact for potential residential clients. You'll oversee the entire building cycle from first contact, plan selection, building approvals, supporting workflow processes and scheduling, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-construction phase
- Present and explain pricing options and packages to prospective and current clients
- Guide clients through house plan selection
- Assist clients with finishing and fixture selections (colours, fittings,



materials etc)
- Prepare and manage building and planning applications, liaising with local council, certifiers, and relevant authorities
- Track application timelines and proactively communicate progress/updates to clients
- Coordinate with the Building Supervisor to ensure client selections and approvals align with construction planning
- Maintain accurate client files, correspondence, and approval documentation
- Support sales and quoting processes as required
- Handle client queries and concerns, escalating where necessary
