At the heart of our Estate lies our restaurant, offering a unique farm-to-table dining experience — a Mediterranean-inspired menu celebrating the freshest local ingredients and a philosophy of sustainability. Alongside our restaurant, we host weddings, corporate functions, and private events across the estate. We've just been named 2026 Sunshine Coast New Restaurant Winner at the Restaurant & Catering Hospitality Awards for Excellence.

The role

As part of our kitchen team, you'll help ensure we consistently maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and health and safety.

Key responsibilities

- Wash dishes including pots, pans, cutlery, crockery to a high standard
- Sweeping, scrubbing and mopping floors
- Maintain consistent food quality and portion control
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize waste
- Maintain kitchen equipment and workstation cleanliness




- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Assist other restaurant departments as required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What we're looking for

- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen
