The Role

Working closely with an experienced Sales Agent, you will play an integral role throughout the sales process while developing the skills needed to become a successful agent yourself.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with listing presentations and appraisals




- Coordinating buyer inspections and open homes
- Following up buyer enquiries and maintaining relationships
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Database management and CRM updates
- Vendor communication throughout campaigns
- Assisting with negotiations and sales administration
- Supporting marketing campaigns and property launches

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in residential sales.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in real estate (Property Management, Leasing, Sales Administration or Sales Associate)
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Confidence building relationships with clients
