We’re seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the venue and bring our vision to life. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of a high-performing restaurant—leading the team, driving results, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll set the tone for the entire operation. From leading service on the floor to managing performance, people, and profitability, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring La Piazza consistently operates at its best.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead and inspirea large team, creating a high-performing and positive workplace culture
- Own the day-to-day operationsof the venue in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Set and uphold exceptional standardsacross service, food quality, and compliance
- Drive the guest experience, ensuring every visit is memorable and seamless
- Oversee bookings, functions, and eventsfrom planning through to execution
- Manage labour, costs, and performance, delivering strong commercial outcomes
- Champion safety and compliance, ensuring a safe environment for team and guests
- Build effective rostersthat balance operational needs and team wellbeing
- Develop and mentor your team,



building capability and future leaders
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, ensuring seamless front and back of house operations
- Take full ownership of the venueidentifying opportunities for improvement and growth

About You:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leader in a high-volume venue
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
- Robust background in financials, rostering, and performance management
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing large teams
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including bar operations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and peak periods
- Current RSA & RCG (or willingness to obtain)
