About the Role

As our Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Managing food preparation, stock rotation, and portion control.
- Supporting food cost and waste management initiatives.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Assisting with stock ordering and inventory management.
- Working collaboratively with the broader kitchen and front-of-house teams.




- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.

About the You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience as a Chef or a similar hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- A passion for producing quality food and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach.

Essential Requirements

- Relevant trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
- Food Safety knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
