Job Description
In this role you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
- Create evidence‑based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
- Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
- Collaborate with families andsupport networks to achieve positive outcomes
- Work within a cooperative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced)
- Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality behaviour support plans and reports
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently
- Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
