The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a central role in client relationships and technical delivery - preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS, while also contributing to advisory work. You'll be a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to junior staff, balancing hands‑on accounting with strategic input.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS across various industries
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory support to clients




- Build solid client relationships and help solve real business challenges
- Mentor junior team members and review their work
- Stay current with legislation and technical developments

What We’re Looking For

- 3‑5 years of experience in public practice
- Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
- Solid technical knowledge in tax and compliance
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing
- Proficiency in Xero (bonus if you know other platforms too)
