The District Nurses (TDN) is a long-standing Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people live and age well in their own homes for as long as possible. We are seeking compassionate Community Support Workers who live locally to support clients in George Town, Launceston and surrounding suburbs, with short travel times and training at the Launceston office.
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personal care, companionship, shopping assistance, light household duties
