Are you a personable and confident communicator with experience in personal injury law?
Kingsley Lawson Lawyers is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our team (minimum 3 days per week), working across all areas of plaintiff personal injury, including WorkCover, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability.
About the Role
- Managing incoming client calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assisting clients with updates under supervision
- Drafting basic correspondence and documents
- Maintaining accurate client records and file management
- Providing general administrative support as needed
About You
- At least 6-12 months of experience in a law firm, ideally in plaintiff personal injury
- Strong verbal communication skills, you’re confident and courteous on the phone
- A client-focused approach with a qualified and compassionate manner
- Good attention to detail and sound written skills
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
Working Conditions
- Minimum 3 days per week but full-time career paralegals will also be considered
