Become a part of an exciting opportunity as a Roster SUpport Officer with the Workforce Advisroy and Servics. You will assist the Line Managers/Teams with process queries, technology and rostering support in any way they need. The role requires you to undertake rostering and workforce management support activities including transacting payroll and rostering data.

The Roster Support Office provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services and to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will...

- Manage and maintain administrative records in accordance with local records management procedures and policies, ensuring relevant copies are provided to Payroll Transactional Services as required.




- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Provide strong support for nurse unit/line managers providing advice in relation to on-line rostering and workforce management transactions, escalating queries that cannot be resolved locally to Corporate Technology Services.
