We're looking for someone who:

- Has a solid history working in Australian dental practices.
- Is genuinely familiar with the Australian Dental Association Infection Prevention & Control Guidelines and understands why they're key—not just how to tick a checklist.
- Takes pride in immaculate instrument processing, organisation and clinical safety.
- Loves delivering outstanding chairside support that helps patients feel calm, informed and genuinely cared for.
- Enjoys working with dentists who appreciate a proactive assistant rather than someone who waits to be told what to do.

Bonus points if you've assisted with:

- Implant surgery
- Surgical extractions
- Crown and bridge procedures
- IV Sedation

Don't have experience in every area? That's okay. We can teach clinical skills.

Passion, attitude and a commitment to doing things properly are much harder to teach.

- Chairside assisting across a wide variety of procedures




- Instrument reprocessing to the highest standards
- Maintaining exceptional infection control and surgery presentation
- Supporting our clinicians to provide outstanding patient care
- Helping create a calm, organised and professional environment every day
