About the Role
We're looking for an organised, level-headed Driver Allocator to join our Caboolture team. You'll be the person helping to make sure our fleet runs like clockwork — planning routes, allocating jobs to drivers, and solving issues before they become problems.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys a challenge, communicates clearly, and loves the satisfaction of a well-run day.
What You’ll Do
- Allocate daily jobs and routes to drivers
- Monitor truck movements and adjust allocations in real time to manage delays, breakdowns, or urgent jobs
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and the wider team to keep communication flowing
- Prioritise and sequence jobs for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Support drivers with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the day
- Maintain accurate records including allocations and job completions
- Monitoring stock levels of bins and recycled materials to meet customer needs
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience allocating trucks or drivers is highly regarded — you'll hit the ground running
- Comfortable with anything from an early start to a late finish in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills and a calm, practical approach to problem-solving
- Good geographic knowledge of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions
- Confident using computer systems and job allocation software
- A team player who takes ownership of getting the job done
No prior experience in waste management? No problem — full training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to stay organised and think on your feet.
