At Downtown Toyota, we believe buying and servicing a vehicle should feel different. We're looking for a genuine people person to join our Customer Experience team as our new Loyalty Concierge.

This isn't your typical reception or administration role. Every day you'll be meeting customers, creating memorable experiences, solving problems, supporting our sales team and ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, however your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and engaging with customers throughout the dealership
- Presenting Toyota Exchange (TEX) opportunities and working closely with our Sales team
- Creating memorable customer experiences through our Business Class and Dream Weaving initiatives
- Handling customer feedback and assisting in resolving concerns professionally
- Maintaining accurate customer information within our dealership systems (AMS)
- Providing reception relief during breaks and leave
- Assisting with customer follow-up and relationship building
- Working collaboratively across multiple departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience

The role combines customer service, relationship management,



administration and sales support in a highly collaborative environment.

About you

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

- Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills
- Confidence starting conversations with new people
- A calm and professional approach when handling difficult situations
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, hotels, reception, sales or automotive would all be highly regarded.
