We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a proven track record delivering residential and preferrably larger custom residential projects. This is an opportunity to build larger light commercial building with high level finishes similar to a high end custom build.

The Opportunity

Our client is a highly regarded Sunshine Coast builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering premium residential and mixed-use developments across Australia. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth in the sunshine coast region,



they're looking for an experienced site supervisor to build the ongoing pipeline of rec clubs within their lifestyle resort developments.

This is a career-defining chance to work on a complex, architecturally designed project with the support of an experienced leadership team and established site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of the recreational Clubs within residential lifestyle resort developments.
- Follow construction programmes to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate trades onsite & ensure the project is delivered to a high standard
- Drive safety, quality assurance, and compliance across the project.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme certainty.
- Foster strong relationships with trades and relevant stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead site and project teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

About You

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor ideally with Custom Homes experience or volume homes as a minimum
- Strong written and verbal coimmunication skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- A collaborative and proactive management style.
- QLD Site Supervisors licence
- A commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
