Duties
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordination of inspections and settlements
- Customer service, including liaison with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors
- Meeting and greeting customers in the sales office and onsite display apartments, and front desk duties
- Office administration and utilising CRM
- Database management, ‘live-chat’ response management and lead generation
- Assisting the Sales team with day-to-day tasks,
launch events and functions, andhandover packs
- Producing daily reports, sales research and competitor analysis
Specific requirements:
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required
- 2+ years’ Admin / Customer Service experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Desire to kick-start long-term career in Residential Sales
- Customer-focused with amazing Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Mandarin language skills a plus
