Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Wallsend is seeking a compassionate disability support worker to help participants gain independence. You will deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, and support social activities and skill development, all within a supportive team workplace.

Applicants should have at least two years of disability experience, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work across rosters from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
