Level 33 is a privately owned builder and developer specialising in Class 2 residential and mixed-use developments across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of projects and exciting growth plans, we're looking for a creative, driven and hands-on Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office in Riverwood.

This is an exciting chance to work directly alongside our Sales & Marketing Director, playing a key role in growing the Level 33 brand while supporting the marketing of our developments from concept through to completion.

Social Media

Stay across social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the projects you work on

Create social media content (organic and paid) for assigned projects

Build and launch paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (via Meta Business Manager) and LinkedIn

Post and schedule organic and paid content across social channels

Report on and optimise paid social campaign performance

Search & Paid Media

Build and manage search campaigns, including keyword research and audience targeting

Work confidently within Google Ads

Monitor, report on, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms

Understand and apply tagging best practices

Work within Google Analytics (GA) to track and report on campaign and website performance

EDM (Email Direct Marketing)

Understand how EDM platforms work

Build and manage EDM workflows and campaigns

Work alongside agency partners,



helping to manage relationships and campaign delivery

Act as a day-to-day point of contact between internal teams and external agencies

Collaborate with PR and the broader project teams to align marketing activity with project milestones

Visit development projects to gather content and stay close to what's happening on the ground

ABOUT YOU

3+ years' experience in digital marketing, preferably coming from a marketing agency

Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

Experience using WordPress to manage websites.

Experience creating high-quality photo and video content for social media.

Confidence filming and editing reels for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Experience coordinating external marketing agencies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

A current Australian Driver Licence.
