ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As MOB Academy continues to grow with the recent addition of our year 7 cohort, we are seeking passionate, flexible, and dynamic Casual and Relief Teachers to join our team. With a mix of Monday to Friday forecasted timetables and casual engagements, plus on call, ad hoc teaching opportunities across Years 7, 11, and 12.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a school that values creativity, innovation, and real-world learning experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver engaging, meaningful lessons using provided plans for explicit instructions ( year 7)



and Lesson plans for year 11&12
- Build strong, respectful connections with students
- Maintain classroom routines and uphold MOB Academy values
- Adapt to various classroom environments and student needs
- Create a safe and supportive learning space
- Actively participate in school life where required (excursions, sports activities, events)

REQUIRED

- Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration
- Ability to teach Junior & Senior Secondary (Years 7, 11 and 12) across multiple subjects
- Demonstrated ability to teach across English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and Health & PE subject areas
- Strong relationship-building skills and a student-centered approach
- Ability to maintain a nurturing, supportive, and respectful classroom environment
- Minimum of 4+ years teaching experience
- Current Working with Children Check
- Availability for an immediate start for the right candidate/s
