Join SPL and play an important role in delivering high-quality linen services to our customers. As a Process Worker, you'll work in a fast-paced production setting, helping to sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and prepare linen while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and prepare linen to customer standards.
- Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with your team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
- Support operational efficiency and achieve production KPIs.

About You

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Reliable and available to work a Monday to Saturday roster.




- Strong focus on teamwork, safety, and quality.
- Able to perform repetitive manual tasks and meet production targets.
- Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude.
