We are currently seeking an experienced MC Changeover Driver to join our NSW Transport Operations Team based in Arndell Park.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced linehaul driver looking for a consistent Monday to Friday roster, completing a dedicated Sydney to Tarcutta changeover run. You'll travel to Tarcutta, complete a vehicle changeover with one of our Melbourne-based drivers, and return to Sydney—allowing you to be home every day.

About the Role

This is a full-time, ongoing position working predominantly Monday to Friday, with mid to late afternoon departures.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing the Sydney to Tarcutta changeover run and return
- Conducting daily vehicle pre-start and safety inspections
- Transporting freight safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures
- Completing transport documentation and electronic records
- Complying with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and fatigue management requirements
- Maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle
- Representing CLA professionally when interacting with customers and industry partners





Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current and valid MC Licence
- Current Commercial Driver Medical
- Minimum 3 years' demonstrated MC driving experience
- Five-year driver licence history
- Robust understanding of NHVR regulations and Chain of Responsibility obligations
- Commitment to fatigue management and safe driving practices
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) advantageous but not essential
