We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Sydney CBD office - a true hunter who lives for the deal, isn't afraid of the phone, and is ready to lead a team while enjoying uncapped earning potential.

What you'll be doing

Your day will combine hands-on recruitment - connecting with teachers, building relationships, and encouraging them to work with our clients - with leading and developing your team. It's a conversation-heavy, prospecting-driven role - think sales leadership with a purpose, where every chat is a step closer to your next placement (and your team's next commission cheque). You'll also mentor and coach the recruitment consultants in the office, and take the lead on recruiting the future recruiters who'll grow the team.

What's in it for you

- Base salary of $130k + super
- Team bonuses of 30% on everything after the team reaches 20% profit




- Individual commissions of up to 40%
- At Inspired Recruitment, fees are split equally between the client owner and the candidate resourcer, so everyone's contribution is rewarded
- Top performers are currently earning $250k-$300k+ a year: your income is genuinely in your hands
- Up to 7 weeks of annual leave
- Full-time, permanent leadership position in a vibrant Sydney CBD office

Who we're looking for

- A sales-driven leader with the hunger to succeed, earn, and inspire others to do the same
- Proven experience leading, mentoring or managing a team, or clear leadership potential
- Confident communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and prospect
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by targets and results
- Onshore applicants only - must have valid working rights, minimum 6 months remaining
- Experience in Recruitment required (education is a plus, but not compulsory)
- Cutting-edge - someone who knows different ways to find and attract candidates, and can pass that knowledge on to the team
