Kollrepp Law is seeking a talented Lawyer to join our litigation and dispute resolution team in Bundall, Queensland. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in complex legal matters whilst working alongside experienced practitioners in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients, managing cases through various stages of dispute resolution, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct legal research, analysis and advice on matters relating to litigation and dispute resolution across a range of practice areas
- Prepare legal documentation including pleadings, motions, opinions
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication regarding the progress and strategy of their matters
- Draft pleadings, agreements and other legal documents to resolve disputes
- Attend and prepare for court hearings
- Support senior lawyers in the development of case strategy and litigation planning
- Maintain comprehensive and organised case files and legal documentation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of firm processes and legal knowledge sharing

What we look for

- Admission to practise as a lawyer in Queensland
- Demonstrated experience in litigation and dispute resolution, with knowledge of civil procedure and court rules
- Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral,



with the capacity to explain complex legal concepts clearly
- Professional judgment and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Sound understanding of professional conduct obligations and legal ethicsWillingness to continue developing legal expertise and keep abreast of developments in litigation law
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
