About the Role
The Warehouse Operator completes all warehouse functions including picking of orders, receival, despatch and stock take.
Duties
- Ensure the timely and accurate stocking of production stock
- Ensure warehouses, chillers and freezers are stacked safely and maximum storage capabilities are met at all times.
- Loading and unloading of containers
- Receiving and dispatching of product on transport
- Ensure traceability of receivables by maintaining a correct count and records of receivables, transfers, weekly production levels and dispatches of product
- Monitor CHEP/Loscam pallets, Warehouse supplies, Freezers and Cold Rooms, Garbage compactor.
- Ensure that all orders, transfers and receivables are executed efficiently and dispatched and received in accordance with customer requirements.
- Provide a level of customer service to internal and external customers to ensure our DIFOT KPI’s are not compromised
- Participate in stock-taking of Raw Product, Finished Goods, Ingredients and Packaging
- Maintain the warehouse in a safe,
neat and orderly state at all times
Key Requirements
- Possess a current Australian Fork Lift Licence Twin Tyne and or High Reach with minimum two years experience
- Prior experience in a similar role ideally in a food manufacturing environment and operating silo's
- Possess a currentdrivers licence
- Be punctual and reliable
- Ability to undertake manual labour including unloading and loading containers
- Be available for multiple shifts if required, including day, afternoon and night shifts
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player – to accomplish company goals and to identify and assist in resolving problems.
- Have a strong safety focus
- Have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Minimum 2 years Forklift operation experience
- Authorised officer qualification - Export control

What You Should Know About Our Operations
Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree andmacadamias, avocados, and mangoesin Bundaberg, Queensland. In addition to fruit and nut growing, we also operate apiaries located in Temora, Nowra and Dubbo.
Off the paddock, we operatenut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
