Workfast is Looking for an Experienced Mobile Plant Service Tech – PM Shift.

$56.00 Per Hour + Afternoon shift Loading.

Monday to Friday | 12:30pm - 8:30pm.

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest construction, mining, recycling and resource recovery companies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Service Tech to join our team supporting the maintenance and servicing of heavy mobile plant across multiple operating sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in grease and lube servicing, refuelling, preventative maintenance and field service operations within earthmoving, quarry, landfill, mining or heavy industrial environments.

Requirements

- HR Driver's Licence (Automatic minimum)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating a Field Service or Grease & Lube Truck
- Experience working around heavy earthmoving equipment
- Ability to complete refuelling, greasing and lubrication tasks safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify defects during inspections
- Commitment to workplace safety and following site procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport and a solid work ethic

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Field Service Truck across multiple operational sites
- Refuel heavy mobile plant and equipment
- Carry out grease and lubrication servicing




- Top up oils, coolants and other fluids
- Complete daily pre-start inspections on plant and service vehicle
- Inspect machinery for wear, damage and maintenance requirements
- Replace and maintain air filters where required
- Assist workshop fitters with minor maintenance and servicing tasks
- Complete general workshop duties and housekeeping
- Maintain accurate service records and report equipment defects
- Follow environmental controls including spill response procedures and SDS requirements
- Work safely while maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Monday to Friday PM Shift
- 12:30pm - 8:30pm
