We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Robin's Kitchen Brookside store, take ownership of performance, and build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a rotating fortnightly roster.

What you’ll be doing

- Owning store performance, driving sales, and achieving budget and KPI targets
- Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
- Coaching, motivating, and developing your Assistant Manager and team
- Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
- Managing stock control, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and stocktakes
- Ensuring visual merchandising, windows,



and store presentation meet brand guidelines
- Overseeing rosters, store administration, and data integrity
- Maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run store environment

About You

- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Commercially minded with a solid focus on sales and results
- Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
- Passionate about customer experience and developing people
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting
