Machine Operator - Mail (afternoon shift position)

Our NSW facility plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality printed materials to some of the country’s biggest brands and now we’re looking for a Mail Machine Operator to join the team.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you'll work hands-on with mail insertion machines to ensure each job is completed with precision, efficiency, and pride. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining mail equipment to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Hours - Afternoon Shift 3pm - 11pm

The position is based in our new state-of-the art facility in Kemps Creek NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Operatemail insertion machinesto accurately insert letters, statements and marketing materials.
- Complete machine setup, job changeovers and daily start-up checks.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues and escape technical faults when required.
- Ensure all jobs meet quality standards, matching requirements and Australia Post specifications.
- Maintain job integrity by verifying barcodes,



sequence numbers and correct inserts.
- Work closely with Imaging and Finishing teams to meet daily deadlines.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.

About You

- Experience operatinginsertion machinery(BlueCrest, Pitney Bowes, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read job bags, follow instructions, and work independently.
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple jobs.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in maintaining workflow.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the broader production team.
