Before You Apply... A Few Things You Should Know

You must understand that every child's masterpiece deserves to be admired...even if it's mostly glue.

You must be prepared to have your name called approximately 487 times before lunch.

You must believe that puddles are learning opportunities, sticks are valuable resources and cardboard boxes have endless possibilities.

You must appreciate that the best teaching often happens on the floor, in the sandpit or during an unexpected conversation about snails.

You must know that the paperwork matters...but the relationships matter more.

About Our Centre

We're a purpose-built, Child Safe service designed with both children and educators in mind.

Every space has been thoughtfully created to support quality practice, collaboration and wellbeing. From dedicated programming and study areas to separate administration,



family meeting and staff retreat spaces, we've made sure there's room to connect, recharge and focus.

Our smaller learning environments allow educators to build genuine relationships while creating calm, engaging spaces where children can thrive.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for passionate Early Childhood Teachers and Diploma Educators who have:

- Early Childhood Teaching Degree (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A passion for child-led, play-based learning
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas, responsibilities and successes
- A commitment to continuous learning and skilled growth
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Two professional references and the ability to complete a NSW Police Check

What You'll Be Doing

- As part of our leadership team you'll:
- Lead quality educational practice within your room and across the service.
- Mentor, inspire and support fellow educators.
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and wonder.
- Build nurturing,



responsive relationships with children and families.
- Collaborate with allied professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and help shape the future of our service.
- Continue developing your own leadership skills with ongoing coaching and professional development.
