The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic team member to join our boutique in Newtown on a part-time basis.
This role combines content creation, online order fulfilment and boutique retail. You'll work closely with the founder to bring the brand to life through engaging social media content while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content.
- Film and edit Reels,
- Styling content and day-to-day moments.
- Assist with planning and executing content ideas.
- Stay up to date with social media trends.
Order Fulfilment
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders.
- Maintain organised stock and packing areas.
- Ensure every order meets our presentation standards.
Boutique & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in store.
- Process sales using Shopify POS.
- Answer customer questions and provide styling advice.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the boutique.
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising.
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has previous retail or customer service experience.
- Is confident using Shopify or willing to learn.
- Has experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Has an eye for aesthetics and enjoys photography or videography.
- Is confident filming and editing short-form video content.
- Is reliable, organised and takes initiative.
- Loves jewellery, fashion and creating great customer experiences.
Employment Details
- Part-time position (1-2 days per week).
- Saturday availability is essential.
- Additional hours may be available during launches and busy periods.
Remuneration & Perks
- Monday to Friday: $30.00 per hour + Superannuation
- Saturday: Award rate + Superannuation
